I worked with Stephen twice (once when I was selling my home and the second when I was purchasing my new home), and he was a pleasure to work with both times. One thing I like about Stephen is that he is always honest with you. When I was selling my home, he told me what buyers were looking for and what I needed to do to make it sell quick. He never pressured me into doing things I didn’t have to do. He’s also very patient and responsive. I can’t tell you how many times I would call or email him with questions and he never made me feel like I was a burden. Throughout the whole process, I never felt pressured into selling or buying just so he can get his commission. He really has you in his best interest and will give you his honest opinion if he doesn’t think something is worth pursuing.
