Stephen is a realtor that several people in my family have worked with before and came highly recommended. We interviewed another realtor with similar commendations from the other side of my family before making our final decision. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. Though I believe that either would have done a good job my wife and I went with Stephen because he wasn’t just professional. He was also personable. Stephen put in every effort to understand our needs and envision our hopes. He listened intently to our descriptions of what our first house would look like and asked questions that helped crystallize the reality out of our dream. He was always quick to respond to our questions through the process, warned us of pitfalls his experience could foresee, and handled all of our concerns in a timely manner. When we did find the house that fit our budget and our goals and negotiations began it was comforting to know that questions and concerns could often just be handled with a call to Stephen. He never dropped the ball, neglected our interests, or failed to provide excellent advise. My family’s past experience with Stephen left us with high expectations of working with him. In every step of the process he met or exceeded our expectations.
